thermal label is mainly composed of three parts: face paper, glue and liner.

• Face paper material: thermal, coated paper, kraft paper, writing paper, synthetic paper, Polyethylene (PE), Gold & Silver Foil
• Glue: removable, general purpose hot melt, permanent, frozen, customizable
• Liner paper: Glassine backing paper (blue, white and yellow), clear PET, PEK, CCK, no backing paper

According to the material of the tube core can be divided into: paper tube core, plastic tube core, honeycomb tube core, plastic square hole tube core, plastic gear core.

• The common size of paper tube core is 25mmx30mm (1inch), 40mmx44mm, 76mmx80mm (3inch).
• Plastic tube core common size is 18mmx22mm, 25mmx30mm, 40mmx44mm.
• The common size of honeycomb core is 16mmx22mm.
• The common size of plastic square hole core is 16mm x 22mm.
